Privacy notice

This notice covers creatorfannetwork.com — the website you are reading. It is an informational site for five products: it has no accounts, no login, no cart and no payment forms. The one place it collects anything from you is the contact form.

The contact form

If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, topic and message text you typed, plus the IP address and browser user-agent of the request. We use that to read your message, answer it, and to stop the form being abused. It is stored on our own server and emailed to the team; your email address is set as the reply-to so a reply goes straight back to you.

We do not add you to a mailing list, sell what you send, or use it for advertising. Messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. Do not put passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in the form.

The form is rate-limited per connection, and a hidden anti-spam field is included; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded.

Server and CDN logs

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records standard request logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and the user-agent string. These keep the site online, help spot abuse and let us diagnose faults. The site is served through Cloudflare, which sits in front of our origin server and may set its own security and performance cookies. We set no advertising cookies on this domain and build no visitor profiles here.

Fonts

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives that request including your IP address, under Google’s own policies. Everything else on these pages — styles, scripts, logos — is served from our own domain.

The products in the network are separate services with their own accounts, payment flows and privacy policies:

The moment you follow one of those links, that product’s privacy policy governs what happens next. It is the document that covers your account, your content and your money — read it there.

Payments

No payment is ever taken on creatorfannetwork.com. Where the products take payments they use professional processors; hello.fan and mytop.fan use Stripe. Card details are handled by the processor, not by us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. For this website that is normally nothing beyond request logs and any message you sent us. For a specific product, contact that product directly, since it holds the account. Otherwise write to [email protected].

Children

This site and the products in the network are intended for adults and are not directed at children.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
